Lower fees depend on fewer services and careful software. NeedAStay stays small so a clear price and a lasting company can exist together. The plan is not to copy a larger platform and only charge less.
The standard we are building toward
When a booking exists, a traveler should be able to tell what the stay costs, and an owner should be able to tell what the fee is for. The fee belongs on a successful booking. It is not hidden in the listing.
That is a standard, not a calculator. This site does not show a sample total.
