For owners
NeedAStay is for an independent owner who wants a straightforward listing and control of the rental.
What you can expect
A simple listing. You describe the rental. You are not asked to run a pile of extra platform features.
Control of your rental. The decisions that belong to you stay with you.
A lean company around that listing. NeedAStay is not a larger platform with a lower sticker.
What is not open yet
This page cannot take a listing, open a booking, or show a fee. There is no sample home and no sample total. Search and booking are still ahead.
NeedAStay is building toward transparent pricing, reliable booking, and responsive support.
Describe the property
If you have a rental, describe the property and the market. Say what you want a listing to do, and what you want to keep in your own hands.
On that page, choose Owner.
